A word from Benita

Benita Elliott Design is  a building design practice located on the Central Coast of NSW.

 

In 2019 the practice merged with Max Thitchener Design, continuing the legacy of design excellence led by Max during his 30 year career.  The practice has an open-minded approach to design resulting in unique yet distinctive building forms.  Each project evolves in response to client expectation and the site’s potential without the imposition of a preconceived solution. Together with a determination to promote design excellence and sustainability is a focus on the provision of exceptional service from concept through to reality.

 

The practice is passionate about the built form and specifically for the way a sense of place - and the way we interact with the spaces around us - can transform our lives.  It's for this reason that we spend time getting to know our clients - who they are and how they interact with their everyday spaces.  Getting to know our clients is one of our favourite steps in the design process, as it allows us to understand and connect with the people we are working with. It’s this clear focus on our clients and our environment that informs the spaces we design.
